We’ll send you a secure deposit link to get started. Your order will go straight into production after confirmation.
Step 4
Handmade Just for You
We get to work crafting your unique piece.
Production takes about 15–30 days. We'll keep you updated along the way, and once it’s ready, we'll arrange delivery!
What products can I customize?
Rugs, mirrors, cushion covers, ottomans, coasters, wall art, even custom shapes and unique decor pieces. If you're not sure, just ask!

Absolutely! Send us any inspiration you have — colors, shapes, Pinterest boards — and we’ll help you create the design.
What’s the maximum size you can make?
A: For rugs, up to 2x2 meters. Cushions can be any size to fit your filling. For heavier items like mirrors, just reach out and we’ll discuss details.
How long does production take?
Around 15–30 days, depending on the complexity of your design.
Can I change my order after I submit it?
Once we confirm your design and the deposit is paid, we start production immediately. Changes or cancellations aren’t possible after this point.
How do I pay?
Once we finalize the design, we’ll send you a secure payment link for the deposit. Simple and safe!
Can I get updates during production?
Of course! We’re happy to keep you updated and even share progress photos.
