Refund Policy

No returns or refunds are accepted except for damaged or wrong items. Customers have a window of 24 hours to contact us via Instagram direct messages (@kidswithrugz) or via email (kidswithrugz@gmail.com) to issue a complaint.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds must be processed using the same card or wallet from which the purchase was made. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.
