Hand-tufted rug

Our tufted rugs are suitable for any room in your house—living room, bedroom, kids room.
We don’t recommend it for the bathroom.
Regular vacuuming is essential to maintaining the condition of hand-tufted rugs.

Spills: lightly blot (please do not rub) with a damp cloth or paper towel. For heavy spills, spoon up excess liquid before blotting with a clean, dry towel.

Stains: spot clean with water and a mild detergent, then blot dry. Please do not use too much water or allow the rug to remain wet. However, different soaps and cleaning agents react to yarn colour in different ways, so test the cleaning agent on a piece of rug first.


Cushions
Spot cleaning or hand washing mode with using a washing bag.


A Note to Pet Owners
Cut pile rugs are the most durable and easy to maintain, while loop pile rugs and loop pile cushions are prone to scratching and cannot be repaired once pulled (trimming is possible).
